Ashley and Michael Hollingsworth are a husband-and-wife team dedicated to bringing organization, integrity and practical solutions to every project we take on.

Ashley Hollingsworth began her career in event planning, coordinating corporate, theatrical, and collegiate events for nearly a decade before spending ten years as an educator in Duval County Public Schools. Teaching, learning, and helping others grow have always been at the core of who she is. After years in the classroom, Ashley made the difficult decision to step away. Even in her ideal environment, the realities of burnout and systemic challenges made it clear it was time to pursue a new path — one that allowed her to be more present for her family while creating a broader impact.

That decision led to the founding of Hollingsworth Consulting LLC. Today, Ashley applies her strengths in organization, data tracking, and educational systems to support families and businesses alike — bringing clarity, structure, and sustainable processes to everything from homeschooling plans to business operations.

Michael Hollingsworth brings over 20 years of experience across the construction, restoration, and engineering industries. Having worked his way through nearly every role — from laborer to administrator — he offers a comprehensive, ground-level understanding of project management and field operations. His experience includes overseeing high-rise restoration and waterproofing projects, managing budgets, developing training systems, ensuring workflow accountability, and resolving complex jobsite challenges.

Well respected within the waterproofing and coatings industry, Michael is known for his accuracy, integrity, and ability to assess situations with clarity. His hands-on expertise allows our clients to move forward with confidence, knowing they have a knowledgeable advocate on their side.
